I experienced a simliar issue.
CFMX was working for some time and after several Win 2K Server updates
it stopped.I uninstalled CFMX, re-installed and not change, I
un-installed removed registry entries and reinstalled and no change.

I have not done any full text search like you have, but I did notice
that there is a comma after the first INNER JOIN.I have written many
queries with joins and have not used a comma after an inner join.that
is probably your issue.

You don't have to do any rounding.It sounds like all of you are making
this in to a larger problem then it is.If we know that 1 hour is lost
because of the time change then why not get the number of hours between
days.So for the calcuation, do the DateDiff for the days in question
