RE: Mail Servers

2000-06-20 Thread Steve Robson
reading up on Post.Office I found that it scales to around 250,000 mailboxes per server, that would require 12-20 servers just for the mail services. I have also been reading up on InterMail (from the same people - software.com), which is their ISP mail system, wich might just be what I want,

Looping through form fields

2000-06-03 Thread Steve Robson
WinNT4, CF4.5 I am trying to loop through the formfields and send them to an email address. One of the fields (PROJECT_COMPONENTS) allows the user to select multiple entries, unfortunately when the user selects more than one option, the loop outputs the list of selected entries for each entry

RE: SQL 7 Functions

2000-05-23 Thread Steve Robson
I'm not sure that there is a randrange equivelant, the rand() function returns a real value between 0 and 1, so you would have to include some kind of multimplier to use it in the context below. Steve -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: 23 May

2000-05-14 Thread Steve Robson
I think if you watch the road instead of your monitor, you'll have more luck. BTW - where do you put your monitor, I tried putting it in front of the steering wheel, but it was too close, then I tried on top of the dash but it was too far away, I was thinking about putting it on the passanger

Crystal Reports 8

Does CF still integrate with Crystal Reports 8? I know there was some discussion about the cfreport tag a while back but I can't seem to find it. Thanks Steve Robson -- Archives: http://www.eGroups.com/list/cf-talk

Starting the CF service on Solaris

likely cause of this problem is that the server is not currently running. Verify that the server is running and restart it if necessary. Unix error number 2 occurred: No such file or directory === TIA Steve Robson Consultant Planet

RE: populating dynamic radio boxes

2000-03-28 Thread Steve Robson
when you submit the form, a list of fields included with the form is included as a list variable: #form.fieldnames# (or something like that), the radio button will be in there. Steve P.S. it seems a little strange that they both have the same value though -Original Message- From:
