new book should contact me (off list). I'll create a banner for the book and
add it to the site. I'll do a larger run the week the book comes out and
then add it to a 'general' book pool after that.
Additionally, anyone who is running a free CF resource should contact me
about a banner swap. I want to dedicate at least 10% of HoF banners to
community resources. (Yes Raymond, I'm still waiting on your banner for
CFLib).
