Well I am in Canada!

Anyhow, the situation is that I am doing mods on a site someone else built
and not a HUGE contract. Just a few hours a week.

I was asked by a friend who works there to do some mods. The thing is the
whole thing is a verbal agreement. I program. I bill. He pays.
