We're adding a message forum to our site, and one of the key criteria in the consideration of different packages is the ability for the forum software to recognize our existing registered users (~10000) stored is our MS SQL 2000 database. Basically registered users just need to enter their existing userid and password whereas new users will need to register prior to posting.
Is this functionality standard on most message forum software packages? The front runner is my consideration is SNITZ. Anyone comments. Thanks a bundle.
