You can disable the need for an Admin password in the registry at
HKLM/Software/Allaire/ColdFusion/CurrentVersion/Server/UseAdminPassword
Then, you can go back into the admin with no password, and set a new password.

No, you can clear it from the console. Run the registry editor
(regedit.exe), go to:
HKLM\Software\Allaire\ColdFusion\
