Another pain with SELECT

I figured out what the problem was on my other SELECT but this one has me stumped. In the previous post I had my field setup as a combo box, so when I changed it to a text box and edited the SELECT Value= it worked properly. But this one I've changed both of the above and it's still throwing an e
