java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: unable to create new native thread usually means the thread stack space is too large. Interestingly this is the only thing not in your string below, so it's at the default (which can be quite large, depending on platform). Basically, the mailer is queing up a whole laod

Anyone else seen this CMFX error in their Apache logs?
