I've set this up and have had success in compiling and running it. I didn't do anything more then unzip the files to CFIDE/samples leaving the dir structure in tact giving me CFIDE/samples/Phone/Flex and CFIDE/samples/Phone/CF >From a browser test that the CFCs have been installed and work.
