Try setting your LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the following:
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$CFHOME/lib:/lib:/usr/java/jre1.3.1/lib/i386/classic:
/usr/java/jre1.3.1/lib:/usr/java/jre1.3.1/lib/i386/native_threads:/usr/java/
jre1.3.1/lib/i386
(remember, it ALL has to be on ONE line
mail clients)
