Hey there. We've had good experiences with CF Dynamics
Crystaltech. Comes with shared SQL Server space, although I
personally would not use it since the point of going dedicated is to
go dedicated. CT has a $259/month server that is a dual Xeon and
priced in a tier that does not exist at CFD, and at the $400 tier you
get a 73gb RAID 5 at CT vs.
Of course it depends on your level and needs.
If you want to manage everything on server alone. I would suggest to get
a cheap and raliable dedicated server up to 100 USD and a CF Pro
license. This is better than having a 400 USD box.
But if you don't want to deal with installation, problems
