CF MX 7 processing .PHP extension - IIS 6

Hi all, Is there any way to get CF to process .php files? I have a site we acquired that has a flash form submitting to a PHP file. Also, there is no PHP on the server, so I can't use it. Also, installing PGP is not an option. Is there a way I can get CF to process .php files for this one site
