Features such as load balancing and failover are non-trivial to implement if you are only used to dealing with the simplicity of a basic ColdFusion Standard install. I would think the answer is no, unless you go the Virtual Machine route. If you already have CF8 standard then what you would typically do is to enter the CF8 enterprise serial number to unlock the extra features.
