You have 3 choices:
1) Get Enterprise
2) Buy the DataDirect Oracle driver and install that.
3) Write your own JDBC driver
I'll assume that 3 is out of the question. As for the other two,
getting Enterprise is the better investment, considering the feature
that it offers.

I have installed all the latest hotfixes and data direct drivers. I have the
latest version of Oracle's client and JDBC drivers installed. I have tried the
thin, oci, and odbc drivers. No matter what I do, I cannot get ref cursors to
return from a stored procedure on coldfusion professional.
