Even if they aren't, there are some solid WDDX tool kits out there for PHP
and ASP. We're using it to deliver content to an ASP-based CMS...

It doesn't even need to be CF to use WDDX. PHP has WDDX support, and
you can use the WDDX COM object in ASP.
