Are the appropriate IP addresses listed in CF Admin still the IPs of the
computers trying to view
the pages (i.e. could they have been re-assigned)?

Admin. and the appropriate IP addresses are listed in the box. I have
stopped and re-started the services, but no luck. Has anyone seen this
