I'm using SmarterMail, which does not have that capability. The only delivery
option they have is to limit the number of simultaneous connections, regardless
of the receiving server. Perhaps this is something for a wish list.

Anybody have any advice? Not looking for code samples, just advice on grouping
email blasts by domain to minimize the number of SMTP connections.
Would the CFMAIL GROUP attribute help? Should I loop over my userbase by top
level domain and chunk it out that way?
