Im no expert but this majorly depends on what you are doing, a little script
saying hello world or a heavy duty query to a huge DB that isnt really
designed all that well is a big difference.
So many variables, if it is a specific application that you can concentrate
on than thats probably easier

I've been doing extensive load testing on our application.
One user can kill our application if they load up two browsers and keep
hitting
I can't give exact numbers, but we did have *one* box (PII, Dual Processor,
500MB ram) running a single high-volume CF site flood a T1 without missing
a step.
The answer to your question will depend a lot on what kind of application
you're building. Something where most of the content can be cac
depends on the complexity of the queries and data...
