Has anyone encountered the problem of Advanced Security no longer functioning after installing the latest Microsoft Patch (MS04-011 KB835732)?  Upon the suggestion of another individual I uninstalled the patch but for whatever reason I still can't get SiteMinder services to start up. Any ideas? I'm starting to get desperate.
