ODBC change = stop and start CF services?

I hope this is a simple question.I am running CF 5 on a Win2K server.If I make a change to the ODBC datasources through the Windows Admin Tools, do I need to stop and start the ColdFusion services for the changes to take effect?Do I need to make any changes in the ODBC settings in the CF
