Sorry for OT post.
My home install of DWMX when I save a file the '*' stays attached to the
file name. But If I click off the file and then back it disappears. Of
course this doesn't happen to me at work.
So wondering what behavior or setup would cause this.

You know, I went to house of fusion to actually look,
because I've switched over to MX 2004 lately and
It's been a while since I've been on it, but there's a very large, very
active newsgroup (not list) for DW. There are actually several beginning
with marcromedia.dreamweaver.
Lots of newbie questions of course, but the guys and gals who write the DW
books hang out there.
