Offline Post to CF Site

I need to create a method for a realestate agent to post listings while talking to a client. He has a laptop. Method 1.) Go to www site, login and use online admin tools. Method 2.) Use some sort of offline tool to prepare the upload. Do all of the work, hit a button and boom, site is updated.
