installed Oracle ODBC driver 8.01.55.00, but I can't even see this driver in
ODBC dirver list when I want to add a new data source in Coldfusion
Administrator. Anyone have an idea

Oracle80 option in CF Enterprise. You'll have to set up the data source
through the Oracle Net8 client utilities
