Setup: Win 2003 Server w/ IIS6. Default install. I need to use server side includes on a simple HTML web site (all pages are HTML). I use !--#include file=inc_header.shtml-- to call the page, yet nothing is displayed. I've changed the file extension many times. Each time it still did not
