The problem is not CF 4.0 - I use it with Access 2000 all the time. Make
sure you have the latest MDAC on the machine you're running from.

What type of error are you getting? We used Access 2000 (and still do for
our little dev
I use Access 2000 with CF 4.0 never had any problems.
You do have Access 2000 installed on this server?
