You will need a license for Spectra on that machine. I don't know of too
many hosting companies that offer service with Spectra included. Usually you
would need to get a dedicated server and install CF and Spectra on it. You
will also need an enterprise RDBMS like SQL Server.

Actually, Definitive Web Solutions MUST have a copy of Spectra on
their server as well. Spectra works on top of ColdFusion yes, but it
is a separate product.
