dreamweaver mx is not even a close runner up
to the functionality and "Code Handle" that we
have with CFStudio 5. its almost like a WYSIWYG
editor with some codeGo with CF Studio 5
and work from there...

It's called a license and it's legally binding whether the product is still
for sell or not. Of course, perhaps someone who no longer is using their
copy will sell it to you if they don't intend to upgrade at any point in the
future
I am sure that giving away the product (while still keeping a copy) is
against something in the license agreement. I'm sure the fact that the
product is no longer being sold does not invalidate the license agreement.
My best advice is to keep an eye out on eBay and/or start calling places
I was at ebay last night... no cfStudio 5 for sale. Then I did amazon... then I did
google.

the first is cfServer 5
the second... I don't have a homesite installation to upgrade
the third... cfstudio5 is OUT OF STOCK
