Jayesh, Nate is talking about using FeedBurner to manage the feeds. While CF can make feeds, a lot of bloggers use FeedBurner to handle their feeds so that they can also get stats. I know I use it. You still create your own feed, but then you point FB to it and direct your visitors to the FB url.
