why percentage rates are higher per transaction for online accounts.
All of the banks are actually trying to get out of the internet merchant
account business these days. The crooks have screwed it up for the rest

easily go through proxies in other countries. I know for a fact that many
people in many countries do this to get around government internet
restrictions. I would just check the shipping address.
