Fireworks or Photoshop should work fine for this. DreamWeaver is an editor
not a graphic drawing tool.

Actually, ImageReady comes with 5.5 - we never upgraded to v6 and use it
quite happily

They used ImageReady which comes with PhotoShop 6.0 -
ImageReady adds JavaScript code to the resulting HTML
file to specify rollover states.

Err... no ?
Dreamweaver is very good, and writes nice (if bloated at times)
HTML/ColdFusion/whatever. It isnt a picture editor, however, in any shape or
form !

I have only ever done this in Fireworks, but Im sure theres some sort of
feature in dreamweaver (lets face it - dw does everything else!). I would
bet that photoshop and the other adobe software does this just as well as
the macromedia stuff!

All ya gotta do is view source. They used photoshop and imageready. But, the
same could be done in Fireworks.

Photoshop is an image editor, DreamWeaver is an HTML editor - so I doubt an
image was created in DreamWeaver...
They could have built it in just
I think it's probably Photoshop.
