Besides the obvious MS-Sybase incompatibilities, there are the UNIX ones. URLs are case sensitive in apache. Filenames are case sensitive in general. Stick to lowercase in your filenames and make sure every URL in your code is lowercase. EXCEPT Application.cfm (notice the uppercase "A")
