Check the netscape mappings and see if .cfm is mapped to anything. Netscape
might be assuming its a file to be saved and run locally (like a PDF is).

I would guess that the cold fusion server isn't running. So the server is
returning it as an unknown mime type, which the browser typically will
prompt you to save the file.
Check your CF server.
