Yes, there will be a Studio 5.0. When? Sometime later, not right now with
Server 5.0, but you can download a patch to get your current Studio the
ability to grok CF5 tags/functions.
There WILL be a 5.0. It was held up to make changes to it, unlike other
releases, where the server an studio products were timed for simultaneous
release.
It is rumored.. but not confirmed.. that UltraDev will inherit all of (well
those that fit with the product anyway) the features of Studio,
