You can do it with sql navigator by right clicking on the object and
selecting "extract ddl." You can also do it manually (sort of) by querying a
bunch of tables from the data dictionary.

I am not sure how to do it automatically in Oracle, but have you ever
looked at TOAD? This is a great front-end tool for Oracle. You can create
scripts to export tables and data in there.
There is a freeware version at http://www.toadsoft.com

I don't know how/if it can be done using Oracle tools. We use
SQL-Programmer to do this but I think you can also do it with Toad.
