Your subject line mentions SMS but your message refers to email?
It would be pretty easy to go down the email route having CF monitor a
mailbox with CFPOP and then reply with cfmail based on the contents of
the senders email - some sort of scheduled task to go into the mail
box, retrieve
If you can move to CFMX 7, and use the event gateways, they've got SMS
support built in. The demos I've seen are pretty sweet. So people
could send an SMS message and get a response from your CF server.
