Ray, My guess is that IBM is not a "word" and that you are using the default "simple syntax" which uses the WORD, MANY and STEM operators. STEM is aware of the "English" language, I think. In any case, look at the "score" (or rank, I can't remember) of your returned result. I bet their scores are
