really a number field. 1 or 0? So single quotes?

all of the fields from mensapparel down are yes/no boolean
fields in Access.
saletitle is text, salestart/end
What are the values contained in those form fields? (I'm Assuming they are
check boxes)

Check your form to make sure that each set of radio buttons are named
uniquely. Sometimes (and i bet we've all done this) I've copied/pasted a
form element to add a new element and forgot to change the element's name.
