We are having the same problem on the development server. It was an
upgrade from 4.0.1 to 4.5.1sp2. Today, I uninstalled the CF4.5.1sp2 per the
following Allaire instructions:
Uninstall ColdFusion using the Add/Remove Programs Control Panel Applet.
Reboot.
Delete the entire \cfusion directory
