I get this periodically due apparently to a memory leak in an ODBC driver or something. What solves it immediately is stopping and restarting the CF services. There was a cf-talk thread on Wed. 3/21: Stopping/starting CF with NT "AT" that addressed doing this automatically with CF running on NT o
