I have done similar low-tech solutions for demos, either using (in IE) save as 'web
page complete' or 'web page archive' which will save the associated images as well.
You can also just use alt-print screen and paste the screen shots into a ppt
presentation, then you can make it 'clickable' in
Jeff, you could do something simple like view source and just copy the html
output for each page. Caveat is does your client want them to be linked or
somehow clickable*(sorry about that awful word!*).
