If you were to use HTML as in the example you need to ad BR tags.

Try using the attribute type.
Set it to HTML and then you can use HTML to format your message. Curiously
though if you don't specify type your message should appear just as you
format it.

I've found many users subscribe to the HTML version and then find their
email client doesn't render it in a readable fashion. At least with plain
text it is more universally accepted.

I have found that if a line in CFMail ends with a variable the email will
have the next line moved up. Hence every line of yours would be put on one
line. You can include A #CHR(13)# at the end of each line that ends in a
variable to fix it.
