Consuming web services does work (thanks to Sean Corfield) -- at least
as far as I have tested.
I don't know about the encryption issue.
I have just downloaded and installed the Java Web Services Developer
Pack v1.0_01 from the Sun site.
I will play with that, when time permits, and see if I
