I have an aquaintance who has 'misplaced' his password for their Cold Fusion
Administrator. (no, it's not me).
I know I've seen this issue pop up before (and am searching the archives as

recover/change the admin password. (He has
Too funny I had to do this 20 minutes ago here is the fix.
Run RegEdit.
Go To: HKEY_LOCALMACHINE/SOFTWARE/ALLAIRE/COLDFUSION/CURRENTVERSION/SERVER/
Scroll down and right click the UseAdminPassword key.
Click Modify.
Set it to ZERO (the number 0 not the word)
Click Ok.
