What would the best SES friendly replacement for spaces in a string being
used as a dummy file name. SESconverter.cfm is being used on a FB3/CF5
application? Should the space be REReplaced with an underscore, a dash,
or...?
Example:
String: Kirk Creek National Forest

underscores are usually best as they're commonly accepted in urls. I can't
remember seeing dashed in an url. Also, why use a dummy file name for the url
after the SES info. It's not needed and adds more information to be parsed out.
