Spiders and SES urls

Hi guys, I am not so sure how search engine spiders work so I hope this does not sound like a stupid question: If I use SES (search engine safe) urls, does the spider read the file after it has been to the cf server? In other words, will the spider index the page after it has grabbed the dynam
