Try SP 6a for NT4, its possible your partitions are still the newer version
of NTFS that ships with W2K, this service pack does(in my experience) allow
you to read partitions created on Win2K on NT4

I've used PartitionMagic 4 with NT; there's a patch for dealing with NTFS 5
partitions though, I think.
