: cfmail verification
Another way to verify the mail server is responding (in CF5 anyway) is to
use the undocumented CFusion_VerifyMail function. All the usual warnings
when using undocumented features apply here--it may go away, not function,

When you are entering the informatino into the CFADMIN, there is a box that you can
check to check the connection. Check that box and you will get a connection
verification. As far as whether or not the email sent, if not then it get put into the
Undelivr folder. There are other ways of telling
