You are right the flash form can't be used within the same html form.

I have fixed my error, I was not passing in the variable correctly. Now I am

I am at home and not at work, but the error is with the query. Sometimes it
passes the URL variable for the query, and sometimes it does not. I can give
the exact error once I get into work on tuesday.
