None that I'm aware of. I'm fairly certain that most CF programmers don't
subscribe to any CF list.

He used to be on the list and and is a well respected guy which is why i forked
out the cash for it.
My comments weren't meant as a knock either, I just found it weird that his
examples were using the component.
When I get the time to mess with them and if I still have issue's I will
contact
I just want to +1 this. I read this list - but not very often. I try
to keep an eye out for support requests for my products, but I can't
monitor this VERY busy list all the time.
Just as you might find it hard to believe he isn't here - I'd find it
hard to believe you wouldn't just contact him.

I'm not really interested enough in the product to contact Pete.
He's probably aware of the issues anyway.

There are other communities other than just this list. The blogging
community, the adobe forums, etc. Not everyone has every hour of the day to
read cf-talk due to the sheer volume of emails it pumps out. I know I skim
topics myself.
Why don't you just email Pete yourself and ask him what's up?
>>I can't imagine being a developer, especially a developer of products
for sale, and not being on this list.
Good point ;-)

Rick,
I'm not going to put up any examples, I just don't have the time and honestly I
spent a few minutes with the component and it was quite frustrating especially
if you want to use it on more than 1 image on a page. Maybe I am just missing
something but I don't want to add 10 lines of code to

Actually, I didn' test, but I see no reason they shouldn't be.
Especially for the CFX.

It's funny, the images they use on their site aren't even made with the tag,
it's just an reg image lol
So far its ok, i really don't like that it seems to need to create a new image
file everytime which would lead to a maintenance nightmare. I was kinda hoping
you could just

Remember you can save the file to disk after reflections, round corners,
text overlays, borders, etc, added with cfimage. probably not a great idea
to only write to browser 100 times... and without worrying about js support
in the browser.
Regarding the foundeo package - at the preso other outputs
Really I would use it for reflections and rounded corners but I can do that now
with js and not sure what kind of performance hit it would take using the cfm
tag if say there were 100 images to do.
thanks for reply tho!
