We have 2 solution's we have used. One is a NFS server so both servers have access to the files. And a second method, which has been much simpler, Rsync. We are all Linux, But in windows you could use DeltaCopy, which is just Rsync with a wrapper. We have a auto sync every 15 minutes on CF
